Meet The Team

Michelle is a half Thai/half English daughter, sister, friend, auntie, bonus-mum of 2, fur-mum of 1 & wife to an inspirational man. 

She is a globe trotter who has learnt to find her home with people, not places. She is happiest walking her pup by the Ocean in Sydney.

She enjoys being kind and counter-cultural. She is a serial killer of orchids. Her language is 'human touch'. 

Rachel is from a small village nestled in the chocolate-scented shadow of Slough, UK. She is a daughter, sister, proud auntie of 4, constant-snack-provider-in-residence to two hungry labradors and a true blue Aussie husband. 
 

She loves animals more than people, zen gardens, accessorising, and chaotic new hobbies. 

 

Never found more than 5 feet from an ice cold Diet Coke. 

Small in stature, loud in strategy. Maximus is in charge of all sound-based outreach, whether it’s alerting us to the presence of a vibe shift, a particularly offensive bin chicken, or the existential threat of Chip being too excited. He has very specific opinions on team dynamics (Gracie is tolerated, Chip is chaos), and he’s not afraid to express them. He prefers his meals à la carte from Michelle’s plate and considers fetch not a game, but a job.

 

Loyal to the end and a true ocean soul, Maximus brings sass to every brainstorming session—especially if you forgot to invite him.

Gracie is committed to rest culture. She is the literal embodiment of "self-care isn't selfish" and can conjure up an aura of deep spa-level serenity while sun-baking on a concrete driveway. She’s warm, kind, and masterfully manipulative when it comes to snack negotiations. Gracie enjoys affection, but only on her terms—and will whine with increasing urgency until those terms are met.

 

She may play up the dumb blonde stereotype when it suits her, but don't let the fuzz fool you. Gracie can transform into a highly skilled opportunist at the drop of a morsel.

 

A lover of solitude and sun patches, she reminds the team daily that boundaries are beautiful, and naps are sacred.

Chip is driven by curiosity, joy, and snacks. Mostly snacks. Equal parts gentle chaos and wide-eyed curiosity, she has a nose for possibility and an uncanny ability to detect whether you're about to open the fridge.

 

Fearful but fascinated by strangers (especially small, unpredictable ones), Chip believes that enthusiasm is a spiritual practice and that personal space is… optional. She’s never more than a tail’s length away from wherever something interesting might be happening but she'll skitter away frantically when it does.

 

Every great card idea probably started with Chip sniffing something, then sprinting off in the wrong direction with wild optimism. She's the spirit of the creative process: messy, joyful, hungry.
